By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

Client’s Responsibility to Provide Accurate Information You are fully responsible for providing complete, accurate, and legible documents, along with clear instructions and any specific terminology or glossaries. We are not liable for any errors, delays, or issues arising from unclear, incomplete, missing, or incorrect information provided by you.
2. Purpose of Translation You must clearly inform us of the intended purpose of the translation (e.g., court submission, embassy use, government authority, or general purpose). We are not responsible if the translation is used for any purpose other than the one you originally declared.
3. No Liability for Original Document Content We do not accept any liability for the content, accuracy, legality, or completeness of the original documents you submit for translation. Our responsibility is limited strictly to translating the text as provided.
4. Payment Terms Payment is required upfront before any work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to delay or suspend work if payment is not received as agreed.
5. Right to Accept or Reject Work We reserve the absolute right to accept or reject any project at our sole discretion, without providing any reason.
6. No Responsibility for Post-Delivery Alterations We are not responsible for any errors, misinterpretations, or issues that arise if you (or any third party) alter, modify, amend, or change the translated document after delivery.
7. No Compensation or Liability Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or legal consequences arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific project.
8. No Refunds Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

Refunds (if any) are issued only at our sole discretion and in exceptional cases.
9. Client Conduct You must communicate with our team in a professional and respectful manner. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in such cases without refund.
10. Provision of Instructions and Materials You must provide all necessary information, instructions, reference materials, and terminology in advance. We are not responsible for any issues arising from instructions or materials provided late or after the work has started.
11. Confidentiality We maintain reasonable confidentiality regarding your documents. However, we are not liable for any unauthorized access or disclosure that occurs beyond our reasonable control.
12. Turnaround Time While we make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including client delays in providing feedback or materials.

15. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
